The BowlerPons Team is familiar with DoD Best Practices in Performance Based Contracting. We maximize communication and openness among the client, contracting office and subcontractors throughout the contracting process to minimize conflicts and resolve potential problems before they materialize. BowlerPons works side-by-side and partners with the customer and delivery team to develop mutually agreeable goals, expectations and associated timelines to ensure alignment from the onset and throughout the life of the contract.

BowlerPons is a firm believer in the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle of continuous improvement. By employing this proven best practice, Bowler Pons helps customers accelerate the decision making process, planning a “best at the time approach” (Plan), executing the plan (Do), ensure sufficient checks are in-place to monitor the success / shortcomings of those decisions (Check), and act upon any undesirable outcomes that may arise (Act). BowlerPons will ensure quality product and service delivery by serving as the single point of contact for the overall contract and all awarded Task Orders.
